The tenants and landlord of this property do not accept or take responsibility for the safe custody of any vehicles or articles therein nor for any damages to vehicles or articles however caused, nor for any injury to any person, whether as a result of the negligence of its employees or from collision, fire, theft, rain, hail or any cause whatsoever. All vehicles are parked in all respects at the risk of the owner of the vehicle. The tenants and landlord of this building reserve the right to remove any unauthorised vehicles.
